The film is the third in Summit Entertainment's Twilight film franchise based on the Stephenie Meyer's blockbuster book series. It will be released theatrically in North America on Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Slade's credits include Hard Candy and 30 Days of Night. In "Eclipse," Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob — knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life. |

| Senior Member ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I dont understand. Is it necessary to have a different director with every movie? The whole thing will loose a lot. Look at Harry potter movies. First movie was light, next ones brought a lot darker undertones, everything was much more serious and heavy. And at the end, there was no unity. First there were school uniforms, then they were gone etc. I understand Cathrine didnt want to make next movie so fast and had to be replaced, but this one has berely started.
