Hmm, probably the waterballoon fight in season 2.

mine is when Lucas gets into a caraccident in season 1 and Lucas and Haley had a fight right before the accident so when he wakes up Haley comes in there and he says" hey buddy i missed you" and she cries.
I always cries when Im seeing that.
