One Tree Hill: Last year's big SOS winner! Still, much to the fans' dismay, next season is not yet guaranteed. Creator Mark Schwahn tells me, "Here we go again...Back on the bubble. As you know, I announced months ago that if we get a fifth season, we're going to skip college and jump ahead four years. I'd love the opportunity to take this unprecedented step with One Tree Hill and give the best fans in the world a chance to continue the journey with the best cast on television." Also, I've heard from lots of you One Tree Hill fans, and yes, it's true, new episodes return on May 2, not this month as planned. According to my source, the CW is using the slot to make an additional push to the The Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll, which is doing well for them in the ratings.

Gilmore Girls might be gone, contracts are up and nobody want to sign back on. 7th Heaven is gone aslo. Big chance Veronica Mars is gone to, though I dont understand the reason behind that one.

If there are 3 one hour shows leaving the CW, OTH is almost assured a renewal.

The show hasnt been picked up for a new season yet, so there is a possibility that the show is gonna get cancelled.
