The seven-disc DVD set has several bonus features, including five featurettes and more than 50 deleted scenes. The set also includes the extended, 73-minute cut of the pilot, from creator Tim Kring, which never aired on television. The DVD version carries a suggested retail price of $59.98. (NBC and Universal Studios Home Entertainment are owned by NBC Universal, which also owns SCIFI.COM.) |

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm getting that. Yes, I am. I loved the first season. It started off slow, and slowly built itself up, expanding its ideas and developing the main characters really well. I also liked how they asked and answered their own questions fairly quickly, instead of dragging them out to the point you'd have a predictable, lame answer, like Lost. Yeah, I said it! For my money, Heroes, along with The Shield, had the best season of TV this year. |
