The first actual movie stills!

Story in full HARRY Potter fans have been given a sneak preview of the latest movie with the release of the first stills from Order of the Phoenix, the fifth film in the series based on JK Rowling's books.
In one image, Daniel Radcliffe, the actor who plays the young wizard, is seen crouching in an grimy alleyway as he attempts to defend himself from an attack by the Dementors.

In another, Imelda Staunton, who plays Dolorees Umbridge, the latest teacher of the dark arts, stands in Hogwarts school wearing a pink tweed poncho. Maggie Smith, as Minerva McGonagall, clasps her arms round Emma Thompson, looking uncharacteristically frumpy as Sybil Trelawny.

David Bradley is also back as Argus Filch, the caretaker and bane of Harry's existence, in a role he has played since Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in 2001.

The images are the first officially sanctioned stills from the film, which is set for release next July. Their release comes just weeks after Warner Brothers executives fought to remove grainy home video from the internet showing Radcliffe and his co-stars Rupert Grint and Emma Watson filming a scene at King's Cross station in London.

British settings for the film have ranged from the Leavesden Studios near Watford to a Buckinghamshire park where the village of "Hogsmeade" was created. The movie has also been shot at locations in Scotland including Glenfinnan, Glencoe and Glen Etive.

Tantalisingly, there was nothing offered of Harry's first kiss with Cho Chang, his fellow Hogwarts pupil played by Katie Leung, the 18-year-old actress born in Motherwell. Crew members who have worked on all five films looked on sentimentally as the two played out the scene - again and again.
"We probably got it on the 30th take. My God, it was fun," said Radcliffe recently. "We were awkward and nervous at first but once we got it, it was fine."

Nor was there any news of Helena Bonham-Carter, who has been enlisted in her first Potter film to play Bellatrix Lestrange, a fanatical "death eater" devotee of the evil Lord Voldemort.

Grint is again at Radcliffe's side as the teen wizard Ron. Now 18, and fresh from premiering his film Driving Lessons in Edinburgh, he insists he will see out the Potter films in the part. Watson returns as their friend Hermione, having recently earned straight As in her GCSEs.

The other returning talent includes Robbie Coltrane, Michael Gambon, Ralph Fiennes, Gary Oldman, Alan Rickman and Julie Walters.
George Harris, who appeared in the British gangster film Layer Cake, will make his first appearance in the Potter film franchise as the wizard Kingsley Shacklebolt.

Closely watched will be the performance of Evanna Lynch, 14, who was picked from among 15,000 candidates in a contest to play Harry's ally Luna Lovegood.

For the latest episode in the seven-story series, Warner Brothers is gambling on a British director, David Yates, whose background is in television films such as The Girl in the Café, Sex Traffic and State of Play.
The sixth instalment in the series, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, is to follow in November 2008.

Hey she is Dolores Umbridge a mean professor that comes to Hogwarts and makes the professors and Harry's life miserable. She brings in new rules for all the students to follow and tells the other professors how they can and can't teach. She can do all of this because she also works for the Minstray of Magic. If I remember all this right.

Her character is described here beware if you want to read spoilers you have to highlight some text if you don't want to be spoilered don't.

Background and role in the novels

Umbridge first appears in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. As Senior Undersecretary to Minister for Magic (Cornelius Fudge), she is one of Harry's interrogators in Courtroom Ten as part of the Wizengamot, a wizard's judicial committee, when he is tried on charges of breaking the ban on underage sorcery. It is later revealed that Umbridge herself had ordered Dementors to attack Harry in attempt to silence him. He repelled them using a Patronus charm and was entrapped into using magic for self-protection, which would have worked to her advantage had it not been for Arabella Figg's testimony, Albus Dumbledore's defence and Amelia Bones's fairness.
Umbridge is subsequently installed at Hogwarts as the new Defence Against the Dark Arts professor by order of the Ministry of Magic. Her class consists only of defensive magical theory, due to Fudge's paranoid fear that Dumbledore intends to use his students as an army to bring down the Ministry. She is soon appointed the first (and only) ever "Hogwarts High Inquisitor", in which position she is given extraordinary powers over the students, teachers and curriculum.

Umbridge creates an Inquisitorial Squad, which is comprised entirely of Slytherins and rewards some students for reporting on others and sanctions them to act as enforcers of Umbridge's rules. By attempting to defame Harry Potter and censor word of the truth of Voldemort's return, Umbridge and Fudge frequently unintentionally help the Dark Lord and his followers.
Umbridge's time in Hogwarts is characterised by cruelty and abusive punishments against students; she stands out especially for forcing Harry and Lee Jordan to write lines using a quill that magically causes the words to be cut into the skin on the back of the writer's hand and uses his blood as ink. She also grants Argus Filch his wish for the permission to use corporal punishment on students, ordering him (though it never occurs) to whip Fred and George Weasley.

Eventually, Umbridge even plans to use the Unforgivable Cruciatus Curse in order to extract information from Harry.
After Dumbledore leaves Hogwarts, Umbridge is installed as Headmistress. However, the Headmaster's office refuses to open for her, and her tenure as Headmistress is marked by rebellion on the part of most of the student body and faculty.

Umbridge shows prejudice against non-humans and part-humans ("half-breeds") and has drafted anti-werewolf legislation making it very difficult for individuals such as Remus Lupin to hold jobs in the Wizarding world. Her prejudice proves to be her undoing when Hermione tricks her into entering the Forbidden Forest and crossing paths with the centaurs. When Umbridge insults their race, the centaurs react violently and overcome her. Exactly what the centaurs do to Umbridge is unknown, but the following morning she is rescued, apparently uninjured but severely traumatised, thanks to the goodwill of Professor Dumbledore.

Ultimately, Dumbledore is reinstated as Hogwarts Headmaster, and Umbridge is removed. After her recovery in the hospital wing, she attempts to sneak out of Hogwarts but is met by Peeves, who chases her away from the castle grounds with a walking stick and a sock full of chalk, while the staff and students look on.

In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Umbridge returns to work in the Ministry under new Minister Rufus Scrimgeour, but the nature of her position is not revealed. Due to her ordeal in the forest, Umbridge has developed a phobia of centaurs.

Yeah, this movie does sound good. But I'm not just not sure if I can watch the person who dies in this movie. It would be so sad. I won't say much, just in case someone doesn't want to know.
