| Newbie |  Rapper Plies time seems to be on a bad note! Rapper Plies has been dragged back into a shooting controversy at a Florida nightclub. Plies--real name Algernod Washington--has been named in a lawsuit stemming from a 2006 incident in Gainesville. Local lawyer Christopher Chestnut has filed a lawsuit at the Alachua County civil courthouse.
