HEROES help please

OK I haven't seen many episodes but just started to watch the other night when I saw it was on and didn't have anything else to watch. It is very confusing to say the least. Are the first two seasons out on DVD? Or are there channels that run old episodes/reruns etc? Or if someone could give a brief rundown of what is going on that might help.

Seasons 1 & 2 are both out on Standard DVD & BluRay DVD. Last I remember G4Tv was airing Season 1 don't know about Season 2, but I don't know if they are still airing Heroes at all on there or not right now.
