| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The episode last week should have been the premiere, or at least the second episode of the season. That, and this episode have really picked up the pace. I just can't believe that Kring and Co. actually sat in story meetings and were all "yup, let's make Claire a whiny brat, and put the Wonder Twins onscreen as much as possible without having them actually do anything! And since Sylar was probably the most popular character that didn't wear glasses, let's show him the least...with no powers. Oh, and let's put Hiro in Japan for 199 episodes without doing anything, and instead of doing what everyone expected and have Hiro's father be Kensei, let's make the fabled Japanese warrior a white English guy with Claire's powers." Yet I can't seem to get a break writing scripts at all. Damn you, Hollywood. Damn you to Hell. Maybe when the strike's over. ![]() |

Though it was rushed, im happy this season is done and I liked the way it ended. They not only have sylar to worry about, but it looks like everyone is going to go to war with the company. Im wondering when they will start the new seasons for all the things that ended or will end soon due to the seasons being cut short. I hope it isnt september again. Quote:

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The last couple of episodes were really good. It's almost as if the staff has the cool parts all planned out, but not the path to them, so we get 9876 episodes of Hiro in Japan and Claire's boyfriend drama. And Micah and Monica. Ugh. Anyone else cheer when Sylar shot the Wonder Twin? Glad to see him get his powers back. Hopefully he'll use more than just telekinesis. He's still nuclear, you know. I hope Elle stays around. She'd be good if they had her doing good deeds just for praise and attention, but remain a psycho. |

I was so happy that he killed atleast one of them. It sucked that the sister came back because I was hoping she was dead also. Sylar is just great! Season three(whenever it starts) is gonna be really good. | |

She was on the phone saying she understood it had to be done. I think she knew about it, but didnt order it. I dont see how or why, according to the story line, that it would have been sylar. NBC has Clash or the Choirs starting December 17th at 9PM. Not that its any better then deal or no deal. I was planing to catch Sarah Conner Chronicles anyway |

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I bet Noah shooting Nathan was part of the deal he made with The Company to leave Claire alone. I would like to meet Daddy Petrelli, even though everyone says he's dead. I want Nathan to live, too. He's one of the most interesting characters on the show, and Pasdar is one of the best actors. Did anyone else think that Hiro burying Adam alive was exceptionally cold and cruel? I mean, considering how Hiro is all about being a hero and doing the right thing. This could be the first step to him becoming badass Future Hiro. Hopefully they can turn things around for Volume Three. There's a lot they have to address. Like:

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I thought that it was lame that Nathan was brought back in the first place. It made his sacrifice at the end of Volume 1 pointless. The only other way they could go regarding Peter is if they make him so powerful he either tries to save the world by controlling it or stops caring altogether ala Dr. Manhattan ("Watchmen"). Tons of story potential either way. Another massive plothole: Who saved Sylar at the end of Volume 1? They said The Company did, but if they were there, why didn't they stop him sooner? If they wanted the explosion to happen, shouldn't they have stopped the heroes from fighting Sylar so they wouldn't have time to prevent Peter from exploding? What did the cockroaches signify? I thought it was going to be another super-powered nasty, but instead we get an ambiguous, ill-defined plot device. I don't mind The Company, but they shouldn't be the main threat. They should always be something to watch out for in the background. The whole premise of the show is "what would you do if you had super powers." Some made good choices, others made bad. Volume 2 should have been the cost of using those powers on your soul. The only character who addresses the cost of his own actions is Mr. Bennett, and he doesn't even have any powers. Hiro should start weighing his ideals vs. reality, and consider that maybe becoming Future Hiro is unavoidable and even necessary. Maybe "Villains" is a step in the right direction. There are definitely people out there who would use their powers for personal gain. I'll give them a chance, but if they don't improve, I'll have to be done with the show. |
