NCIS & Numb3rs Question

I was just wondering if "NCIS" and "Numb3rs" were still going into next seasons next fall or if the show are done. I hope not. These are like my favorite shows! I know there's an "NCIS" spin off and usually when there's a spin off, doesn't that mean that one show ends or can they still go on? Please, I'd like to know!

I am a huge fan of the ncis show.I dont think that the show will be off air,as it is doing well.

I'm not a fan of Numb3rs, but I absolutely love NCIS!!! Besides Criminal Minds it's my favourite programme.
