Enough with the Competition Reality Shows

Enough with the competition shows…. Biggest loser, best chef, top model…. How far from reality can we get people?

sorry two people are yammering on about it at work and it's makin me wanna flus my head down the toilet.

I agree. I also hate the reality shows with celebrities.

Well, on Lifetime there’s “How to look good naked” and I have heard a ton of good stuff about that…and I loved watching "Queer Eye for the straight guy," and Carson Kressley is hosting it.
Also, American Gladiators is supposed to be coming out sometime soon .. that's going to be so awesome to see back on tv :D

True .. I was reading reviews about How To Look Good Naked on a bunch of blogs, and it seems to have its heart in the right place .. a few friends and I who are sick (boo) are planning to just stay in tonight and watch it (I think it airs at 9pm?).. we all adored Carson on Queer Eye

Did you see that commercial for “Top This Party” yet? It definitely looks like a blast…I love seeing parties going from little ideas and transforming into big events. And to see it from the party planner’s perspective makes it a lot more interesting than just seeing rich people demand lavish things, hahaha

How is it that after watching one hour of lifetime television, I wanna rip off my clothes in my mirror immediately? I love the idea of promoting real women who love themselves, so yeah, I would say that “How To Look Good Naked” is going to be a huge success.

Top This Party reminds me of Ace of Cakes, but with on a more extreme level…a company and their different clientele with unique demands. Except Top This Party has insane clients with extreme demands, and they have to do more than just provide a cake for a party.

You know what I've always wondered - what qualifies ex Real Worlders and Road Rulers to go on an athletic challenge show (Like The Gauntlet, or the Inferno)? I guess the fact that they've shown that they can create drama...but I think it's really weird!
