"Star Wars" TV Show

A friend was telling they where going to be doing a star wars show does anyone know if thats correct?

They have been talking about this for a few years now, I dont know if its ever going to make it to TV. I have heard about them making an animated one, a live action one, and a CGI. No station that I know of has picked this up, so if it is going to be made it wont come to TV for a long while.

I've heard for a while that they were trying to iron out the details of a clone wars TV show.

yes they are working on one. the show will only last for 100 episodes and have nothing to with any of the main characters that are in the movies. but the series will take place between episodes 3 and 4. sometime within the twenty years in between. although it's been said the show will not come out until sometime around 2009. and that there will be a new toy line. well i'm pretty sure that there'll be plenty of new clones and storm troopers to fight over at the toy stores.

I think they're continuing the Clone Wars micro series with the animated show.

I seems reasonable that these things would come out years from now, especially the live action show. I'd assume Lucas would want it to have the same production values as the movies.
