I know this is kinda late but!! most or all the guy villians are gorgeous!!! but the one i love the most was jonathan taylor thomas!! i've always liked JTT and hes gotten soo much cuter!!!although he was adorable on home improvement!! but does anyone feel the same way? or am i crazy!!! Hmm, I believe the only good looking villian I saw was Adam(not sure of his real name)...yeah there was a hot villian ;)

Most of the female villains are hot too! My favorite was the indian chick from the "Skinwalkers" episode. The one where they first discover the caves. Man was she hot!! [img]graemlins/goofy.gif[/img]

Second place goes to Sarah Carter who played Alicia in the "Obsession" episode.
