I've only seen a couple episodes, but I think this is a really good show. It's kind of like the cartoons of the 90's, which were violent, had complex stories and characters, and didn't talk down to the audience.

I'm also impressed with how true they are to the characters. The Flash is a wise-guy who doesn't take things as seriously as he probably should. Superman is the Big Blue Boy Scout and the powerhouse of the team. Wonder Woman is noble and graceful, but still almost as powerful as Superman. Martian Manhunter's strength is downplayed a bit, but he's still very powerful and the most experienced on the team. Batman is a grim bastard, doesn't play nicey-nice, and probably the most dangerous on the team.

I don't know much about Green Lantern or Hawkgirl, but they're good characters.

All in all, I'd give the show an A. Especially since they got Kevin Conroy to play Batman, who played him in the original Batman: The Animated Series, and Batman Beyond.

It's a good show, I used to watch it a lot more than I do now. I think they made Superman a lot weaker than he actually is, though. They guy seems to get taken down a lot. Batman rocks. He always does. Batman is not capable of being uncool. When are him and Wonder Woman gonna get it on?
