That sucks, but I would rather have a show with 4 very good seasons than a show with 6 or 7 with a noticable decline in quality.

Besides, there's only so much you can do with the premise of the show, anyway. It would begin to get too repetitive.

I believe bery strongly that if they dont keep the same situations and characters they could have 6 more seasons and it still be a strong show......like it says in my first post Jake no longer works for CTU, in that case they can take the show to new levels. They can always put new spins on the show and still make it original. But honestly do you think this is true? 24 is probably one of the biggest if not THE biggest show Fox has so why would they get rid of it? Its their cash cow.

Anticipation far exceeds reality most of the time. Don't listen to or ever believe any hype. Nothing could ever live up to the hype that has been put into this next season. Take it for what it is, not what it's built up to make you believe it will be.

Let's hope the show ends on a high note. I know that the first 1/3 of the season is rarely anything like the later portion of it. There is always some new threat or conflict introduced.

And I agree with Lemmi, I don't wanna see 24 become The Simpsons in the case of Fox, or heck Buffy for the fanboys like d0rko. [img]graemlins/evil.gif[/img]

I'm a die hard 24 fan. Watching it every Tuesday was like being wrapped in a warm blanket. However, it should have ended with 3 seasons. I can't imagine a 4th season being anywhere as good as the previous 3. When your going to end, you should end on top.
