"Perry" Discussion

Perry White (guest star Michael McKean, A Mighty Wind, Best in Show), a once- promising journalist whose career was destroyed by Lionel Luthor (John Glover), arrives in Smallville in search of alien stories for a tabloid news show. In spite of being constantly inebriated, Perry believes he has witnessed Clark (Tom Welling) using his extraordinary speed, so he devises a dangerous scheme to expose Clark's superpowers. Meanwhile, Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) learns that Perry has powerful incriminating evidence of Lionel's shady past.

As far as SV episodes go I enjoyed it, it was a good change from the usual Krypto freak eppies. There wasn't to much action in it, but I thought that the script was pretty good, especially the scene where Clark throws the tractor across most of Kansas.......that bit made me laugh. The only let down for me was the scene where Perry jumps over the rail......otherwise it was great.

The Lional secret....hmm??. I wonder, will this come out leading to Lionel's downfall and Lex becoming head of Luthorcorp? Or will Lionel prevent Perry's story from surfacing?

Lana basically addmitted to Clark that she still loves him......and he just looked at her. It frustrates me when he does that, somebody needs to slap that guy in the face and tell him to wake up.

I'm really looking forward to the next eppie, I read about it a while back when darko posted a spoiler of it, and it sounded great.........and watching the trailer for it just added to my anticipation. A 60's KK with short hair and getting jiggy with TW!!. It's a different role/character for her to play so it should be good to watch.

im pretty sure most people from kk.net are looking forward to relic ;)

eh that Perry scene reminded me of the Superman movie wiht lois drowning herself

He's just showing that he cares...he doesn't wanna hurt her. That's a good thing, cause I don't have to see him making out w/ KK :D
