Halle Berry Snubbed from Desperate Housewives

Halle Berry has had her dreams of starring in 'Desperate Housewives' shattered by its cast - who reportedly claim she would 'cheapen' the show.

A source said: "The girls are protective of the show and feel it would be easy for someone like Halle to cheapen what they are trying to achieve - that and she's too beautiful!" The rejection came just days after the Oscar winner publicly confessed she was desperate for a cameo as one of the show's baddies.

She revealed: "I want to be on the show.
I'd have to be a villain.

I want to stir up something naughty with Nicolette.

" Earlier this year, the 38-year-old actress attended the Golden Raspberries ceremony for Hollywood's worst films.

The sexy star, whose flop movie 'Catwoman' has received more than half a dozen 'Razzies' nominations, said it was important to attend the event as criticism is as valuable as praise She said: "I think if you go to the Oscars, you should go and get Razzies It's all the same, really"

hmm i dunno actually. it's not that i dont like her acting skills, but there's something about her.
btw, why are people going on and on about that bikini scene in james bond? seriously, i cant start a conversation about 007 or they will be like ooooh halle barry. oooh bikini. weirdo's :rolleyes:

i really like halle. i'm sort of surprised they wouldn't want her on the show - she's definitely a well respected actress imo.

I think she'd be cool on it. Maybe the DH women don't want her on because her prettiness would cloud the rest of them. ;)
