Downloads For Simpsons and Lost?

I was wondering if any of you know of good sites that don't involve some complicated system of downloading episodes. In other words where i dont have to dowload something like kazza that slows down my computer and is a royal pain in the ass?

I need the pilot episode of lost and the Simpsons episode based on Lord of the Flies....i think it was called Das Bus? If anyone has some advice on getting good downloads that wont be a huge pain....please let me know....

Sites cannot host actual copyrighted files without getting a visit fromt he Feds, you'll be much better off trying a lite BitTorrent client and searching for what you need on www.torrentspy.com or www.isohunt.com. I personally use Azureus but there are ones which use less resources out there, you can even opt for the vanilla one made by the creator of the BT protocol.

ok i downloaded the program....but are there any good sites that dont take like a week to download something or specific sites that have good simpsons episodes?
