| some of those weren't canceled. Nick and Jessica? They didn't want to do any more seasons. I think of canceled as it was stopped before it's time. I wanted to see that nightmare on elm street. WTF was that about? Why did they cancel it? Why didn't they advertise it? WTF!! |

I just did some digging & here is what I found out about it: A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET: REAL NIGHTMARES is a groundbreaking new reality series that lets ordinary people embark on a harrowing journey inspired by their own dreams. Each week three people will come face to face with their greatest fears in challenges designed to help them overcome their phobias--and perhaps put an end to their nightmares. Robert Englund, who plays Freddy Krueger in the film series, will act as a "dark guide" for the dreamers and help them in their quest for a restful night's sleep. First Aired - January 2005?????? Status - New Series Running Time - 60 min Classification - Reality Country - United States Currently Appears - Wednesday 8:00 PM Network - CBS Show Stars: Robert Englund - Host Nathan Best - ? Lindsay Lohan - ? Rolando Rodriquez - ? "Quote" from A Site: Yeah Robert Englund even said CBS didn't pick it up. However, from interviews of Robert's that I've read, all may not be lost. He has said that if they put it on Fox or NBC first, it would've been shown. He never said it wasn't going to air. He just said CBS canned it. I get the feeling they may take it to NBC or Fox and try to air it there. I'm sure Robert owns some of the rights or something and his clout could be big enough to get it onto Fox or NBC. He really sounded like those two would've been the networks to pick the show up and run with it. Never say never folks. Somehow, I get the feeling we will see Real Nightmares. | |

| Junior Member ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I never really wathced this shwo much, a bunhc of my friends said it was good though. I checked out an episode here and there, it looked pretty decent, I was under the impression that it got good ratings though, was I wrong? What's the reason for the cancellation? |
