From then on I watched it everytime it was on NBC & caught all of Season 1 & the rest of Season 2 I missed on A&E. I really like how they showed the way everyone worked in each type Department(I know this by heart because my Dad worked his way up in the Fire Department all the way up to Fire Chief before he quit because it got so political.) & how they all dealed with everyday life while having the job they did. They really did justice with the Events of 9/11 on the show & the way the Characters dealed with it. I really liked how they ended it. It was basically a 6 Part Season Finale that turned into a Series Finale. Here is what I mean: Part 1: Kingpin Rising Part 2: Too Little, Too Late Part 3: Welcome Home Part 4: How Do You Spell Belief? Part 5: End of Tour Part 6: Goodbye to Camelot I like how they really went out with a BANG on the last one. If you ever saw the Series Finale the part I like the most Character wise was Cruz going into Marcel Hollis's Gang Controled Garage unarmed. Then while she & him are talking she pulls the pins on 2 grenades she has hidden in her back waist of her jeans. Then he says something(can't remember what), then she says something(can't remember what) & shows him the pins. He says "What?" after he sees the pins. They cut outside the garage where 2 Gang Guards are on the roof the Machine Guns walking back & forth. The whole front of the Garage blows outward in a huge explosion. The 2 Gang Guards go flying off to the left of the screen when the explosion happens. Now that is a way to end a Series like this.
