"Eagel Eye" Question

Does anybody know what "Eagle Eye" is going to be rated? It's a new Shia Labeouf movie. I'm thinking R, but I hope not. It sounds like a good movie.

Is "Eagle Eye" rated, yet? It comes out sometime in September and I'm a huge Shia fan. So, just wondering if it has a rating, yet. It looks like one awesome movie!

What does conventional theaters mean? Like it isn't open nation wide? I hope we get it. I'd be super bummed if we didn't get it. There's a city an hour away from us that has a huge 30 theater (I think that's how many theaters it has) place that probably would get it if we didn't get it. How do I know if we will get it? I'd be kind of surprised if we didn't get it.
