They do use a different Spider-Man Symbol for the Black Spider-Man Suit.

I'm glad to know that he still goes to the Church & figures out how to get Venom Symbiote off of him/what Venom's weakness is.

It looks like Eddie is outside half wasted from drinking & sees Spider-Man/Peter swing by when he says: "Parker."

The Venom Symbiote looks better than I thought it would.

I'm starting to like Sandman now.

The Web Kiss looks like they finally have something to maybe top the Upside Down Kiss. But then again I don't think anything will ever top the Upside Down Kiss in the rain.

Yes that is the Green Goblin Tech being used, but modified. That's not the Harry Osbourne Green Goblin or the Hobgoblin. Whoever it is, they are not wearing a mask when they act Peter while he is on the side of the building without his Spidey Suit on, but in one part before they crash into the building while trying to attack Peter it looks like they are wearing some sort of Tech Goggles before the Attack Scene.

I didn't know they were going to change Peter's hair color after he gets the Venom Suit. It also looks like that is when he starts going after Gwen.

I wonder why the Pumpkin Bomb explodes right besides Harrys' Face in the Hidden Room.

I think the Wedding Ring Scene is probably a dream sequence then again it might not be.

Seems like something might be going on between Mary-Jane & Harry.

Peter & Mary-Jane are definitely drifting apart at some point.

The very last thing they show in this Trailer with Peter wearing the Black Spider-Man Suit while he is hanging upside down with the reflection of the Normal Spider-Man Suit in the window is cool as hell. Might be a dream sequence then again it might not.

I watched it again. 2007 can't come fast enough. Sandman does look pretty awesome.

It looks like they took a page from the cartoon and have Spidey use the symbiote to beat Sandman, then spends the majority of the film being corrupted by the symbiote, discovering it's alive, getting rid of it, as well as developing his relationships with Mary Jane, Gwen Stacy, and Eddie Brock. That bell tower scene was just pure....badass.

I'm not sure what they're doing with Harry Osbourne, though. Maybe he tries to be Green Goblin 2 and fails? Harry's never been a strong character in the films, so they could just kill him off. Maybe he's Venom's first victim. "You won't be killing him...Parker belongs...to us."

I do hope that they "Hulk out" Topher Grace when he becomes Venom, though. Part of the character is how physically intimidating he is. He can't just be Darth Spidey.

And please, for the real trailer...we must see Venom's face in full fangs-and-tongue goodness.

I swear Topher Grace looked like the guy who plays Jonathan Kent in Smallville in that one shot. I also don't really like the whole Ultimate Spider-Man angle they're going for with a skinny Eddie Brock. Part of what made Venom cool was that he was a beefed up badass with or without the symbiote, and having this skinny nerd do everything better than him was hilarious.

saw the trailer when i went see superman returns but it went by so fast.
any way for some reason the trailer is not working properly for me. i can view all the .mov files i have but this one just won't work.

by the way , i've heard is that is harry on the glider except he's wearing some kind of disguise instead of the goblin gear. kinda like a poor man's costume much like peter wore when he wrestled the macho man in the the first movie.

I think you might be right because here is a clearer version of the one Cap I made that shows the Unknown Man on the New Glider with the face mask:
(I found these 2 on another site.)

But the best way to confirm if it's Harry or not is for someone to get a clear version of this Cap:
(Because I basicly did the print screen/paint thing to make Caps of the Teaser.)

Yeah, a while back I read that Harry was the new Goblin. Someone spilled. Seems a little too expected, though, because of that whole scene at the end of Spidey 2. But then if it wasn't it might seem kinda gay to introduce someone else as the Goblin while there are so many other new things going on.

This is so awesome! I think this one is going to be better than the second. I have to admit I have only seen the second film in the threaters...once. I never really felt the same way about it, like the way I did with the first. Spider-man is THE greatest film.
I can't wait either. This one looks so good. I wish there was a trailer, instead of a teaser though. I want to see more!

holy cow! it's johnny storm from the fantastic 4. heheh. he's the new green goblin. for some reason something just reminded me of him.

as for the official trailer, like someone above said they better show venoms face in it. maybe like at the very end of the trailer. a quick flash of venom's face, fangs, eyes and salivating tongue right before the screen goes black and the release date is shown. then when it hits the net we can all just pause and cap those shots.

You know, I thought the same thing, but I think they are really going for polar opposites with parker, and that's who Venom is. A perfect foe, so I think that's why they are going with a smaller Brock.

I still think a beefed up Brock is more of an opposite. It shows that he's more of the meathead jock kind of guy, like Flash Thompson who was sort of the opposite of Peter in high school. Peter is still a big nerd, despite the muscles and powers. Brock should be intimidating no matter what. As far as I know, with the symbiote Peter just becomes nasty and mean and let's himself go, but Brock with the symbiote is just pure evil with strength even greater than Spider-Man's. Even his webbing was stronger.
