Journey to the Center of the Earth (non 3D version) - 10/10

Only thing I didn't like with seeing it in normal version instead of 3D is because you can really tell which parts were supposed to be 3D. I think it would be better to see it in 3D. Our theater doesn't have the 3D digital. So that's why I could only see it in normal version and my family didn't want to drive an hour away to see it in 3D. But after watching it, I think they wanted to see it in 3D. Other then that, it was a great movie!

Forgetting Sarah Marshall - 9.5/10. Instant Comedy Classic.

Vantage Point - 7/10. Not bad, good rental.

The Bank Job (2008) - 7/10

The Dark Knight (2008) - 8/10 - lots of flash and bang, lots of flash and bang, well I didn't expect anything very deep after all it is based on a comic book and is classified as an action film.

Nevertheless, Ledger's performance was exceptional, possibly the best of his career including BrokeBack Mountain. He will certainly be nominated for various awards including an Oscar. Will he win? Well that depends on the competition and the weight of the sympathy vote.

Makeup should certain be recognized in this film and not only for the Joker but also for Harvey Dent, the district attorney. I won't devulge why, just see the film.
