This is my top ten list of 2004. I would like to hear yours. I will also put on five honorable mentions...

1) House of Flying Daggers

2) Garden State

3) Dawn of the Dead

4) Mean Girls

5) The Incredibles

6) Taeguki(The Brotherhood of War)

7) Closer

8) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

9) Shaun of the Dead

10) Ray

Honarable Mentions

1) Harold and Kumar go to White Castle

2) Butterfly Effect

3) Secret Window

4) 13 Going on 30

5) Polar Express

Not a bad list. You escape my wrath for the inclusion of H&K go 2 WC.

2. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
3. Shaun of the Dead
4. Fahrenheit 9/11
5. Hellboy
6. Spider-Man 2
7. Saw
8. The Passion of The Christ
9. A Shark Tale
10. Super Size Me

...but I was disapointed with almost everything I saw this year. I only completely enjoyed the top 3.

I'll be seeing The Incredibles in a few days and I'd expect that to be at least top 4.

I agree with some of those movies...like Garden State...awesome movie :D

"Taegukgi" would definitely be in my list too. Unfortunately, I haven't seen that many movies from 2004 this year, so I can't really make a Top 10 list. I still have to catch up with some US films. The movie that impressed me the most this year was "Swallowtail Butterfly" from Japan. But it's 1996, so I guess that doesn't count ;D

Suprised to see supersize me on your list Riz. You are entitled to your opinion, but Garden State, Incredibles and The Machinist were better IMO. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Actually Million Dollar Baby came out on December 15th 2004 in LA and New York
