No Beauty and the Beast? Buffy? Ugh... That's so pathetic Overall I like the list but a few movies need to be higher, I can't really say how high since I haven't seen most of these movies and for all I know they could be much better. I do know that 8 mile (7/10) should NOT be higher than Dancer in the Dark (8/10) and Buffy has no business being on this list especially above Willy Wonka (10/10), Nightmare before Xmas (10/10) and 85 others ( ). I don't really like The Jungle Book (7/10) being on there either... I think that movie along with Snow White (7.5/10) is the most overrated Disney movie. Cinderella (9/10) should have been higher than both and Beauty and the Beast (10/10) should have at least made the top 50. The Top 10 itself seems fine to me. I've seen (and love) most of those movies. It was a surprise to see Moulin Rouge (8.5/10) not in the Top 3 since practically every person I know loves that movie to death. I watched Rocky Horror Picture Show (9/10) a few nights ago and enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. I already knew Grease (9/10) would be number one so no surprises there... I'm happy for it

You haven't seen Cinderella? I'm watching or taping Les Miserables tonight. It depends on if i feel like watching that or Brazil. Now that i've given it some thought i'll take back what i said about Jungle Book and Snow White.. as films they are quite overated but they do feature some of the most memorable songs ever.. Which makes them worthy for this list. [ December 29, 2003, 04:50 PM: Message edited by: JHfan ]

Wow, the Buffy musical was absolutely brilliant. It deserves to be in the top 15. Lots of critics and top 10 lists have given it the credit it deserves. Glad to see Rocky Horror, Chicago, and West Side Story so high. :D I think Dancer in the Dark and Hedwig should both be much higher. I would have put Moulin Rouge out of the top 20, probably around number 30. But thats just me. [ December 29, 2003, 06:47 PM: Message edited by: Andrew ]
