Does anybody know how long it usually takes movies to come out on video? My sister said that it usually takes about six months or depending on if it did good or bad.

It takes about 5 to 6 months for a movie to come out on DVD. Whether or not it comes out on Video and how long depends on how successful the movie is. If it is successful a movie usually comes out about the same time as the DVD. If not it takes about a year before the price comes down enough to buy. Before that they run about $100.00.
