(I loved Mystic River)

sean penn will win because it is the first one he is attending. he has been nominated many times but doent play the hollywood game and doesnt go so he doesn't win. but he is going this year to support mystic river.

i hope he makes a cool speech. and maybe insults some of the hollywood community. and punches some photographers. and women.

I agree with you on Keisha Castle-Hughes. I think she deserves the oscar.

I think Sean Penn, Charlize Theron, Tim Robbins and Lord of the Rings are the locks to win. Though, I'm usually wrong with these predictions.

I think Tim Robbins will win for best supporting, and ROTK without a doubt. So when Robbins goes up to receive his Oscar, do you think he will make a political speech? How about his wife, Susan? Someone has got to do it-- Susan Sarandon and hubby have been speaking out for years- from movies, to interviews, to cartoons! on all of their issues, including the importance of independant filmmaking.
Did you anticipate any Oscar surprises? Rants?

This was a pretty bad year for Oscar. Everyone had predicted almost all the winners before they took place. There were absolutely no surprises.

Actor - Paul Walker for Timeline
both of those moves were Cool and Great.The Tuxsedo because it's an action movie and Timeline was epic.
