Britney Spears looks good in skimpy clothes. But can she match wits and brawn with Pierce Brosnan's 007? The television show "Extra" reports Spears recently met in London with the producers of the James Bond movies.

"Extra" says it was Spears who requested the meeting.

If Spears were to play a Bond girl, she'd be in good company. Other celebrities who have appeared in the franchise include Ursula Andress, Jane Seymour, Denise Richards and Halle Berry.

Meanwhile, Spears' official Web site says she has signed on to produce and star in an adaptation of author Tobi Tobin's "Door to Door," in which she will play a teenager trying to catch her big break in Hollywood.

Spears' first acting role came in "Crossroads" two years ago, playing a shy high school valedictorian who embarks on a road trip with friends."

Anyways, as someone else suggested, I won't be going to see this unless she dies so I can laugh at all the 12 year old sobbers in the front row.

Not as bad as the idea of her becoming Daisy Duke in the upcoming Dukes of Hazzard movie. [img]graemlins/wacked.gif[/img] Why doesn't she stick with music cause she can not act. The last thing I want is for her to ruin 2 legendary movies :mad: . (Well it won't be if she's in them :rolleyes: )

The last bond movie was damn good if you ask me took James Bond to place you've never seen him captured! It was pierces best one so far.

I thought Shannon Elizabeth was gonna be the next JB movie or is that just the game?

I'm one thats doesnt let things get to me like that, it only bothers if they replace the main character with someone stupid I mean if they made here Jamie Bond or something I would definantly be pissed.
