| Halloween is upon us, and I'm sure most of you watch some of the various horror movies they marathon on some of the movie channels. Which are your favorite? Mine: Psycho - Screw Jason Voorhees, Norman Bates is the scariest momma's boy ever. Halloween - Original, not the 654 sequels. An American Werewolf in London - The transformation scene alone > Sliced Bread. Nightmare on Elm Street - Just a brilliant concept, and the only time Freddie was actually scary. Jaws - Hell, I was afraid of the BATHTUB the first time I saw this movie. The Exorcist - The first time I saw it, I thought, "sure, spitting pea soup is sexy and all, but the rest of the movie is scary as hell." | Moderator ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm going to have to go with the Omen movies. Not so much because they scared me alot but because, for reasons I don't understand, I'm fascinated with, but do not practice, Satanism. I guess maybe because hell and satan are the basic representation of evil and what is there better to fear than pure evil? I just watched the new 'Exorcist: The Beginning' and it was really cool at the end. But pretty slow to lead up to the climax. Just another decent men vs. evil movie |
