Is Tom Welling going to be in "CBTD 2"?

Does anybody know, for sure, if Tom Welling is going to be in "Cheaper by the Dozen 2"? I saw Hilary Duff interviewed on TV and she said that all the kids were back, but I'm not sure if she is meaning Tom Welling or not. If anybody knows for sure, could you let me know? Thanks! Yay! Thanks for the help! It said on tvtome.com that he was going to be in it and then someone on this message board said that tvtome.com can sometimes be wrong and so I wasn't sure after that. I'm really happy to hear that he is in the sequel! I thought he would be in it again, but I wasn't sure if he would be busy with "Smallville" or not, but he did film the first movie while or after he did "Smallville".
