Was anyone aware of this movie being made? It's based on Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical. I'm excited about it because I recently got into the music. It's very beautiful, and I believe that most (if not all) of it will be featured in the movie.

The only thing I have against this is it's directed by Joel Schumacher. He ruined Batman! He'd better not ruin this wonderful story. I never got to see the musical, so this had better make up for it.

I'm not a big Andrew Lloyd Webber fan but Phantom is one of his best. I will definitely go and see it, especially if it has the song "Music of the Night" as that is the best song in it.

The night i watched "Phantom of the opera"-the musical is the best night ever :rolleyes: . The movie should be great. Cant wait. :D
