Day 2 Revisited

Talk about Jack's second Very Bad Day right here.

I thought this was a good season, but uneven. It definitely had the bad to match the good.

The Good

"I'm gonna need a hacksaw."
George Mason's Death and everything leading up to it.
Kim Bauer's tight shirt.
The villains were pretty good (Sayid Ali & Peter Kingsley)
The nuclear blast scene was handled brilliantly
Jack telling Kim to shoot the abusive father was freaking tense.
The politics involved in the bomb and America's response.
Sherry Palmer
The very last scene

The Bad

The Cougar
The Abusive Father Storyline
Kim in the woods with the crazy guy
Well...anything involving Kim (except her tight shirt)
Marie Warner being a villain felt like a cop-out.

Generally seen as one of the weaker seasons, but even a weak season of 24 is better than just about anything on television.

The whole George Mason thing was bad. Did not like seing him die. And you're right, other than eye candy, the whole storyline with Kim was a complete waste. I think the last scene, palmer on the sidewalk, was the start of linking the seasons together.
