Thanks for the link Frank. As long as she knows what she's doing. Cutting out carbs altogether is dangerous. As it's the bodies main fuel source. If they can't use that, then the body will break down protien, which i in muscles. Then it'll be fats. I guess this is a sensible diet for Christina in that she's burning what her body needs. As if she consumes too much in carbs, the body will store it as fat. Have to admit she's looking stunningly beautiful at the moment! Oh I have this Timothy:
