2004 Olympic All-Around Champion & 2009 USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame Inductee now becomes a professional singer, why am I not surprised.

Why is it every time a celebrity, of some kind, decides to retire from the profession they original chose, they always choose to become a professional singer/songwriter?
