Question about old song posted here...

i wanted to know if anyone knew the name of the song or if anyone had a copy of this old song a member of the board posted on the board a long time ago. i don't remember the posters name but he used to post on Fanhost before they changed it to this current forum. for some reason the name Beta is coming to mind but that might not be it anyway all i can give you as a description of the poster is that he used to love progressive rock and insult the musical preferences of other posters. he wasnt universally liked, and he used to post the musical notes of songs in his messages in order to show how complex a song was and a lot of posters on the board thought he was pretentious. I think he might have been banned a couple of times although im not sure and before he did he posted a music file of a song he had made with his band. The song was purely instrumental and had no lyrics. It was a very moody song and i loved listening to it. I switched to another computer awhile ago after an electrical accident destroyed my last computer and so i lost the file. I know its a long shot but if anyone can remember the song and post it i would be very grateful. Thanks.

PS: The instrumental song you're referencing I wrote like 5 years ago or so, KOC posted it because I was banned at the time and yes it's rained a lot since then and probably lost it in the shuffle. Sorrey.

I listened to the In the Dirt song and thought it was good, so thanks for that. Sucks that you lost the song, it was good. If anyone else kept a copy of the song and could post it i would appreciate it. Beefheart, what's the name of your band?
