There was this girl I had a crush on in high school, and she loved metal, but after she said she hated Iron Maiden I didn't like her anymore.

Favourite song: Hallowed Be Thy Name
Favourite Album: right now it's Brave New World since I've been listening to it a lot
Favourite songs from each album:...oh I'm too impatient to do that!
Favourite incarnation of Eddie: I always liked the cover of Edward the Great
Paul, Blaze or Bruce? BRUCE! Then Paul, then...ugh, I didn't like Blaze at all.

I like Metal but I am not that into everythin about Iron Maiden, but I will try to answer as far as it is possible - baceuse I really do like this band a lot.
Favorite song - "Seventh Son of the Seventh Son"
Favorite album - Seventh Son of the Seventh Son
Favorite song(s) from each album - among those albums I have heard - only three full albums - Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son, The X Factor, Brave New World, - I can say that I like all of the songs, not equally of course, some of the albums were long ago and I do not even remember names but my full impression was very good.

Favorite incarnation of Eddie - I know who Eddie is but I have no idea if he is incarnated - I know he is a sort of symbol of the band and that is all i know. I like him and tha idea that he is in every video fo the band.
Paul, Blaze, or The Bruce? - Bruice Dickinson. Love his voice and his behaviour. He is so cool. And the older he gets the more he is attractive.

Eddie is the band mascot, and I think by "incarnation" he means what version of him. They use him on the cover art for every album, and he always has a new look depicting something about the album.

I know who Eddie is - but as I said I think I just like the idea of him as the symbol of the band.

Whatever made you think I do not know who Eddie is?

Well, you made it sound like you didn't really understand the incarnation thing. And you said you know he is a "sort of symbol of the band." But he really is more of a mascot. They even have the giant Eddie who walks out during live performances.

Paul, Blaze, or The Bruce?

Bruce. Not only is he an amazing singer, but he's entertaining as hell when he runs around stage. There was a noticable improvement in the songwriting when he joined the band, as well. Plus, he seems pretty down to earth for a huge rock star. Download or rent "Maiden England" and "Rock In Rio" if you can. Great shows.

Rock in Rio was amazing! When was Maiden England done, and does it match the amazingness of Rock in Rio?

"Tears of the Dragon" is his masterpiece as far as I'm concerned.

ah, yeah.
THat is a very good song. I was asking of that because I think that Bruice Dickinson is good no matter where he is but it is better for him and for the band to be together........... it's like Nirvana without Kobain

Yeah, X Factor and Virtual XI are proof that you can't have Iron Maiden without Bruce.

Sorry, Blaze

Well if you don't want to blame it on Bruce leaving, then let's blame it on Blaze joining!

One of the things I've always liked about Iron Maiden is that they really don't try to be all hard and stuff like younger metal guys do.

They just play their hearts out and have a blast doing it. I'd rather watch Nicko clown around his drums before playing Run To The Hills than some a-hole try to be a badass and play crappy music. Tattoos don't make the man.

Yes - very masculine.
We do not have such bands today. not even good metal bands......only something like Tokyo Hotel where a boy singing really looks like a girl - of course I understand - that is EMO style but he is a she.
