What is the last CD you bought?

I don't think there is. I'm pretty sure the last CD I bought was.... *goes to check* Yup, it's The Shins - Wincing the Night Away. It's amazing. You gotta hear A Comet Appears. It'll change your life, I swear (Oh, snap! Garden State quotes while talking about The Shins. Cool points.).

Last time I bought CDs I picked up Weird Al's "Straight Outta Lynwood" and Blind Guardian's "A Twist in the Myth." That was last year. I probably won't be picking up anything until the new Iced Earth single comes out in June, and then the full album a few months later.

I bought a Beach Boys compilation off of the discount bin Beach Boys Greatest Surfing Songs at 4.99 you cant beat it!

sadly, the death of the album is near. I buy CDs regularly, but I prefer Vinyl cuz it sounds so much better than the cold metallic cd that scratches easy or breaks.

like I was saying, The album is dying, people just want "that one song." an album is like a book, if you listen to only one song off of it, youre missing a big part of the story/picture/tale.

buy hard copies, d-bags.

Last I bought off of itunes was "A Grand Don't Come for Free", "Original Pirate Material", and "The Hardest Way to Make an Easy Living" by The Streets

I only buy cd's. I don't buy stuff off the internet, and don't ask me why because I've noticed how cheap and easy it is.

Last ones was probably,
The Used - Berth (live-album. It was a mistake, I wanted the studio one called Lies for the Liars. Oh well...)
30 Seconds to Mars - "self-titled" (as a gift. I buy my favorite albums as gifts for everyone, hoping they'll like it.)

Oh then of course I got the
HIM - Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlighs
and
REM - E-Bow the Letter (single)

I think that's all. From last month.

kashie, it took me a few listens to get into the album( not a bad thing imo)its a good album, well worth getting.
