OZZY, JUDAS PRIEST, SLAYER, SLIPKNOT Set For OZZFEST

Billboard.com is reporting that SLAYER, JUDAS PRIEST and SLIPKNOT will join OZZY OSBOURNE as the mainstage acts on this year's Ozzfest, set to begin in early July. Details of the tour will be announced next week in Los Angeles.

Norwegian symphonic black metallers DIMMU BORGIR are "90% confirmed" for the main stage at Ozzfest 2004, an informed source has told BLABBERMOUTH.NET. As previously reported, JUDAS PRIEST and SLAYER are also said to be in talks to play the main stage at the annual traveling festival, which will once again be headlined by OZZY OSBOURNE. Meanwhile, SLIPKNOT and HATEBREED are said to be "all but confirmed" to co-headline Ozzfest 2004's second stage. An official announcement regarding the exact lineup for the festival is expected to be made at a press conference on Thursday, February 19.

After year after year of crap....this actually sounds like a descent Ozzfest.....still nothing tops the first one.

superjoint ritual is on main stage though. so it is ok.
