H.I.M.'s 'Funeral Of Hearts' #15 In UK Singles

The official HIM site reports that "The Funeral Of Hearts" entered on its first week at number 15 in The Official UK Singles Chart. "The Funeral Of Hearts" is a third UK single release from the latest HIM album Love Metal. In other news, the band's show at London’s Astoria Club on February 23rd is sold out. This is the third sold out night at Astoria for the band in less than a year.

Well of course I have heard of the pansies, they plague Kerrang and Scuzz (especially Scuzz) here in the UK. Scuzz started off like Kerrang, load of old Metallica, Slayer, Korn, Sep, COF, etc etc, and slowly but surely Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park etc etc started plaguing the channel. I blame crappy little 14 year old Goffic poofs who think they are vampires and wear stupid makeup all over their bloody faces. YOU ARE NOT VAMPIRES!!!

In fact I think the first song I heard on Scuzz was In Flames - Trigger. Which was a nice change, a bit heavier than the usual Kerrang turd. They still show Mannequin and Progenies, but apart from that its basically all crap nu-metal and HIM. I'll not put HIM in the crap nu-metal grouping, because their not really metal at all. I mean, if Britney Spears dresses all gothic and gets a guy to play a guitar in her video, does that make the song metal!!!

I have heard 3 of their songs BTW, Funeral Of Hearts (Pansy), Sanctuary(Pansy) and Buried Alive By Love(Rocky Pansy) :D

I haven't heard any of the old stuff though, maybe they had a drastic change, but going on some of the album covers, I'd say prolly not.

i heard the album love metal and it is the worst album i`ve heard in a long time

scuzz is good when you watch the antiques rockshow. "for whom the bell tolls" live with cliff burton rocks

Yeah, burton is class. The only problem is, the antiques rockshow is repeated over and over again, they don't play anything else. Not much slayer played, which is a big problem, I wanna see the video for Dittohead, its meant to be class.

if they were playing later in the summer i might have thought about going to see a concert. im dieing for a vacation....making a trip to europe to see HIM wouldnt be too bad i dont think.

yea ive yet to make it to Tower....its down by vanderbuilt...and i have yet to go see all the hotties running ;)

If you want to hear HIM at their best then get Razorblade Romance.

I like HIM. I never did before, cuz I thought they were too pansy assed, but then I started listening to them and it's actually pretty good.
