Favorite type or music and song?

What is everyones favorite type of music? And favorite song? My favorite type of music would have to be punk/rock...I like Metallica,All-american rejects,Simple Plan,Good Charlotte,Green Day...those types of bands...and my favorite song is...SWING,SWING-ALL AMERICAN REJECTS!! I'm all about pop music with great songwriting and origional musicianship. I love me some motown, obsessed with The White Stripes, Nirvana, I like Modest Mouse a lot...

Though, recently all I've been listening to is Tom Waits (which I have been for about the last 6 or 7 years), PJ Harvey (who I actually only recently got into), The White Stripes and motown.

At the moment im loving Indie rock - especially Bloc Party and kings of leon!

Favourite song at the moment has to be either california waiting or talahina sky both by kings of leon!!

Classic and Modern Hard Rock/Metal, not too hard(has to be really hardcore for me not to like it though) and definitely not too soft. There is no way to pic a favorite song there are too many

the bands i like are Anti-Flag, The Casualties, Love Lost not Forgotten, The Used, From First to Last, Senses fail, Starting Line, Something Corporate.

ummm, fav. song. I used to have just *one* but there are just sooooooo many songs i think are the sex, i cant even keep up. I'll name a few if you are interested in checking them out:

I can honestly say that I listen to nearly every genre of music.....I hate teeny chart pop rubbish though.

My favourite would have to be metal/rock/prog-rock et. I like a lot of instumental stuff, I'm way into rock guitar greats. Vai, Satch, Petrucci etc.

Yeah I like absolutely everything. I'm listening to a lot of breakcore jungle and I'm completely addicted to old-skool early-90s rave at the mo. I just seriously got into ECM type contemporary stuff as well.
