| Depends on what you like. New Doves album, Coldplay album.....but that may not be your thing. Bloc Party, new Mars Volta, Elbow, Idlewild, a new Who album, Flaming Lip's "At War With The Mystics", but most importantly, new Portishead album after waiting 7-8 years. How about new Daft Punk, Massive Attack, and Gorillaz (with Danger Mouse instead of Dan The Automator). Someone is bound to praise Prefuse 73 even though people rarely understand why, right? Beck's album is supposed to be more like his earlier stuff as well, with electronics and all, but not exactly the same. Some people like Queens Of The Stone Age, right? Well, not me, but "Lullabies to Paralyze" is coming out this year for you fans. Same with Foo Fighters and The Pixies, Guns 'n Roses, Franz Ferdinand, and other bands I don't really care about. | I actually forgot about Mars Volta they're great. Loving the new doves song Black and white town. Queens of the stone age are one of my fav bands but i have a bad feeling about this new album, i liked the nick/josh mix of lyrics but now nicks gone :( but i suppose the albums without out nick were good, oh well. |

| Yeah, Black and White Town is a good song. The Doves don't get enough cred. They just get lumped into the Travis/Coldplay bunch without much thought, but they're really not. I love Coldplay, but hey, I'll admit that musically they are better, especially when you look at Lost Souls rather than Last Broadcast. Hope their album is somewhere between those 2 albums. |
