need help with a song

Okay the other day I saw a commercial for CSI: Miami and this cool sorta rock song was playing and it had the lyrics "boom, boom, boom, boom." they were spoken slow and somewhat deep...followed by an even deeper set of for words all the same...sorta sounds like "how, how, how , how" or something with the same sound. That is followed by a very upbeat and loud "HEY, HEY" and then fast paced music from guitar.

Anyone know what the name of this song is or who sings it? any help would be helpful.

It seems likely to be 'Boom Boom' (surprisingly :D )

the original is a blues song by John Lee Hooker, so it may be a cover, depending on how rocky it was
