Jemboy - vids of Guitar and Piano performances

The guitar stuff seemed pretty cool, but I'll let some of you guys to provide an analysis. :cool:

For those who don't know, he plays some of the hardest pieces in the piano repertoire (Liszt Mazeppa Transcendental Etude, Godowsky Chopin Etude). He's very technically astute, but still really doesn't quite have the overall tech to do the works full justice. I don't think his musicality is that great, personally, but he is very talented nontheless.

yeah hes talented but his timing seems kind of off. it just does. i dont know about the piano stuff but you can tell in some of those guitar clips that hes off and kind of just...i dont know. seems like he just goes through the motions. he has to PLAY, maaaaaaan. FEEEEEEL the music.

i hate french people.

I watched the guitar videos. Kid's got chops, yo, but he fudged up Little Wing. I never noticed any bad timing, but he does seem like your run of the mill shredder who doesn't like to be anything more than super technical, which is a big no-no because speed != emotion. Nice sweeps, though.

And his strat tone is so thin, I hated that during Black Star. And he has an ugly JEM. A cream coloured JEM?! Come on, that's gross.

I'll watch the piano stuff a little later.

Why compare jemboy with berezovsky?
berezovsky is a great pianist with great career jemboy is just young man with incredible guitar/piano talent !!

talented i don't know...but i try to be modest yes it's for really important when you are musician.

New video on line for those which that interests: Hungarian Rapsody N°2 of Franz Liszt.

Go in the section custom,video created for the occasion a teaching idea which I had who consist has to make of the vidéos on order, in other words no matter who can on my forum/community propose to me to record such or such work of such or such composer by asking for plans of sight private individual has such or such moment etc... All that for 1 SMS/CALL.

The rapsody N°2 makes party of these orders, it was made by an Australian young person of 17years old.

More To come the premiere ballade from Chopin, as well as the night posthumous one in Ut#mineur.

I sound like an ass, but why would I buy your stuff when I can download Cziffra, Richter, Berman, Gilels, Gould, Kapell, etc. for free? :cool:
