Has anyone heard the G4 cover of Bohemian Rhapsody?
I think that it has to be the worst cover i have ever heard.

The best cover ive heard would have to be Muse`s version of Can`t take my eyes of you.

What`s everyones favourite cover and worst cover?

Yeah, why cover a song that has been done perfectly, The Futureheads have covered a Kate Bush song which is just tragic. I have no favourite cover song, they all suck.

Futureheads' hounds of love cover is Fab and so is Razorlight's cover of hey ya. As far as bad covers go it would be G4, they're a joke!

The best one I can think of right now is "Killing me softly" by fugees(originally by Roberta Flack)

I also like Guns & Roses version of Knockin on heavens door :cool:

I thiink my favorites are Guns N' Roses cover of Sympathy For The Devil, and Gary Jules cover of Mad World.

Yeah, that cover is brill.

My favourites are Ben Harper's cover of "The Drugs Don't Work," originally by The Verve.

Oh, Ryan Adams cover of "Wonderwall" is fantastic as well. And that's Ryan Adams, not Bryan Adams, the reject Canadian.

goldfinger - 99 red balloons
gob - paint it black
the bates - billie jean
alien ant farm - smooth criminal
offspring - i wanna be sedated
pennywise - stand by me
alkaline trio - bye bye love, heaven, children in heat
bowling for soup - i ran
the ataris - boys of summer, i remember you
cream - crossroads
red hot chili peppers - higher ground

some of the worst are pretty much any cover of a pop song that came out recently. i heard bowling for soup's version of that ja rule & ashanti song & it's pure crap.

I'd have to say my 2 all-time favorite covers are Jeff Buckley's cover of "Hallelujah" (Rufus Wainwrights is pretty good too) and Fiona Apples cover of "Across the Universe".
