We knew she couldn't stay single for ever and apparently she is dating Mike Fisher. This would help to explain his poor performance this year on the ice....if I were dating Carrie I don't think I could concentrate on hockey either.

When it comes to her personal life, Carrie Underwood is one of the most tight-lipped singers in country music, but a trip to Canada over the weekend has other tongues wagging about a new romance for the “American Idol” graduate.
Carrie was spotted in a luxury box Saturday with the family of Ottawa Senators hockey player Mike Fisher at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre. In fact, her picture was beamed onto the venue’s Jumbotron “Hug Cam” when she embraced the people around her. Three days earlier, Carrie and Mike’s sister visited Rinaldo’s, an Ottawa spa, for pedicures. That same night, Carrie reportedly attended a New Year’s Eve party at the home of Mike’s teammate, Jason Spezza.
Fitness trainer Tony Greco, who counts himself among Mike’s friends, told The Ottawa Citizen “they’re a perfect match.” Mike, however, declined to comment on his personal life.
The couple met when Carrie performed at Ottawa’s Scotiabank Place last March. Mike visited her backstage, though it’s unclear when their relationship began. She has been previously linked to actor Chace Crawford and to Travis Stork, a former contestant on “The Bachelor.”
Carrie is slated to perform Wednesday on “The People’s Choice Awards,” where she’s a three-time nominee. Others expected to appear include Rascal Flatts and Jewel.

OTTAWA — Ottawa Senators centre Mike Fisher is dating former American Idol singer Carrie Underwood and the romance has been going strong for months.
Ms. Underwood, 25, was spotted at the Sens-Leaf game Saturday night where the Jumbotron “Hug Cam” at the Air Canada Centre spotted her in a private VIP box hugging two people sitting next to her. Mr. Fisher’s parents and his brother, Bud, also a hockey player, were also in the box.
The romance apparently began after Mr. Fisher, 28, went backstage following Ms. Underwood’s March 21 concert at Scotiabank Place, where she performed before 7,700 country fans. The couple hit it off, say observers, and then began dating some time after their initial meeting.
The struggling Ottawa Senators were in Buffalo on Monday for a game Monday night. Reached on Monday, Mr. Fisher declined to talk about the romance.
“I can’t comment on anything in my personal life, so that’s about all I can say. I don’t really want to say anything,” he said.
But indications are the romance continues to grow and that the country singer and vegetarian has already met most of Mr. Fisher’s family. On New Year’s Eve, Ms. Underwood and Mr. Fisher’s sister dropped into Rinaldo’s swanky digs on George Street for some deluxe pampering and pedicures.
“She was here with Mike Fisher’s sister and the staff took good care of them,” said Pat Rinaldo. “She was very quiet, very sweet and pleasant. She wasn’t demanding at all, everyone loved her and a lot of people recognized her.”
Ms. Underwood was being pampered prior to her going to a New Year’s Eve bash at Jason Spezza’s Westboro home where other players on the team were also guests.
