I really hope last nights episode was not the series finale. they can not leave poor Sucre in jail. And I want to know what Whistler, Mahone and Gretchen are planning. I want to know who the frak is The COmpany and I want it taken down.

FOX aired the “season finale” of Prison Break tonight. Let me recap the ridiculousness for you:

LJ and Sofia get saved. Sofia leaves James. Sophia gets shot. Lincoln stays behind to take care of her. Michael reminisces about Sarah. Mahone, Whistler and Gretchen are are cahoots with one another. Long live The Company!
(why not go to the hell !?)

Lots of unanswered questions but this will probably be the last we see of Michael and Lincoln, anyway. No word from the network on renewal–not good news.

The Boston Herald seems to done with the series: “Please, don’t add another year of Prison Break to viewers’ sentence… FOX should pardon its viewers and give them early parole. We’ve done our time. We don’t need any more of this crime.”

WHAT DID YOU THINK of Prison Break’s “season finale”?

THe ending suck big time...
& if thats how the show ends with Mike driving off going to search for Whistler and Gretchen DUMB!!!!

I heard somewhere that the show is most likely over..for good

Nick Santora, writer and producer on PB, has commented on this issue on a PB board that he belongs to.

He states:

"Just an FYI:
A fourth season of Prison Break has not been officially picked up yet. But our next season is NEVER picked up this early in the year, so that doesn't mean much. I disagree with Ausiello. I believe we will be picked up for a 4th season. I can't guarantee it. I just feel it will happen. So don't worry about rumors from reporters ... if the show is getting cancelled, as soon as i know, I will tell you guys. but like I said, i don't think it is going to happen. I have faith."

"We are working on trying to figure out a story arc for season 4 and how it would all play out, etc. while not leaving things hanging from season 3. I am confident we will get another season. There are no guarantees, but I'd be shocked if it didn't happen."

I think, worst case scenario, the 4th season will be the remaining epis that should have aired this season. They only went to epi 13 remember.

funny thing though - prison break is her families favorite T.V show
