SPOILER ALERT!!!!
EXCERPTS FROM EP. 210 "RENDEZVOUS"

The rendezvous spot; a seedy hotel on the edge of town.

SARA looks in the mirror... it’s been a long, long day.
She’s standing under the sickly fluorescent that illuminates
her “bathroom” sink, which actually stands alone on one wall
of the decrepit hotel room where she’s scheduled to meet
Michael today.
Her purse sits on the counter. She pulls a MAKEUP BAG out of
it, dumps it in the SINK, looking for anything that might
help her brush her teeth. She’s got a lot of stuff in there,
but nothing that looks suitable.

INT. SUNDOWN HOTEL - ROOM 9
Sara’s room appears to be empty; we hear the SOUND OF THE
SHOWER. Then, a fierce KNOCK at the door.
Sara, apprehensive, steps out of the bathroom, hair dripping
wet, wrapped in a towel.

It’s THE HOTEL PROPRIETOR GUY. She opens the door with the
chain still on.

SARA
Yes?

SUNDOWN HOTEL GUY
You got a fax.
He shoves it in the two-inch gap in the door. Sara takes it.

SARA
Thank you.
She shuts the door, looks down...

SARA’S POV: IN MICHAEL’S HANDWRITING, it says “ONE HOUR.
16781 BUTTERFIELD ROAD.”
OFF SARA...

As she sits in the driver’s seat, door open, we hear THE
CRUNCH OF GRAVEL as an unseen car pulls up behind hers onto
the side of the road.
TWO BLACK SHOES step
out, into the foreground. The car door SLAMS.

MICHAEL
Sara.

Sara looks over, steps out of the Taurus. She turns...
reveal IT’S MICHAEL. He walks up to her. They land inches
apart...

A lot of complicated emotions here -- including anger and
betrayal. But after an awkward beat, they embrace, out of
their shared relief and mutual misery over the past ten
episodes. Sara rests her head on his shoulder for a beat.

MICHAEL (CONT'D)
It’s so good to see you.

SARA
Yeah.
She pulls away a little, so they’re face to face. Michael
could make the move to kiss her, but she looks down so he
can’t.

MICHAEL
I’m glad you came.

SARA
I didn’t have much of a choice.

It’s not that simple. You lied to
me.

SARA (CONT'D)
Did you know about all those other
guys? Those murderers -- T-Bag?
I let them out on the street --

MICHAEL
I never wanted it to happen. I was
doing what I had to do. My brother
was going to die --

SARA
Other people have died, Michael.
My father died.

SARA (CONT'D)
They came to my apartment to kill
me.

MICHAEL
That’s why you can’t go home.
She knows he’s right. Michael reaches out to her, touches
her hair.

MICHAEL (CONT'D)
I’m sorry, Sara. For what I did to
you. It’s my biggest regret, in
this whole thing.

SARA
It’s too late for that --

MICHAEL
I don’t expect you to forgive me...
but I don’t want you to be alone in
this.

SARA
I can’t solve everything by running
away.

MICHAEL
The important thing is that we’ll
be together.

SARA
First-aid kit, disposable phones...

MICHAEL
What about the motel?

SARA
Fine. Didn’t ask for ID. Twenty
bucks a night, or five for an hour.
Let’s go get you cleaned up.

Another downtrodden, crappy motel -- the mainstay of the
fugitive life. There’s a small table by the window; Michael sits
beside it, sleeve rolled up, as Sara attends to the wound in
his arm. She opens a bottle of peroxide.

SARA
This isn’t going to feel good.

MICHAEL
I have a high tolerance for pain.

SARA
So I’ve seen.
(then)
You aren’t even diabetic, are you?

Off his look, indicating he isn’t -- and he isn’t proud of
his lie.

SARA (CONT'D)
Hold still.
Michael winces as Sara cleans up his arm.

SARA (CONT'D)
Don’t you think part of you likes
this, Michael?

MICHAEL
(gritting his teeth
against the pain)
Peroxide in my open wounds?

SARA
I mean all of it. Escaping from
prison. Being on the run. The
danger, the fear. It gives you a
certain rush. I’m pretty familiar
with it... it’s a lot like chasing
a high.

MICHAEL
I can see the comparison.

SARA
Yeah. I should know better by now.
She places the bloody gauze on the table, applies a bandage.
Michael looks at her.

MICHAEL
It won’t always be this way.

SARA
How do you know that? Because from
everything you’ve told me, it just
keeps getting worse.
Michael reaches for her somehow.

MICHAEL
They can’t chase us forever. This
guy who caught up with us today --
he stops at the border. That’s why
we need to get to the other side.

Sara looks conflicted.

MICHAEL (CONT'D)
Just give me another day.
Their faces are so close...

MICHAEL (CONT'D)
One day at a time, Sara. That’s
all I’m asking.
They could kiss, they’re so close. It almost happens -- but
she turns away.

SARA
You should go wash up.

MICHAEL
Okay.
He stands up. Before he goes into the bathroom:

MICHAEL (CONT'D)
I’m glad you came.
Sara watches him go in the bathroom. He shuts the door

Keep digging: We'll learn more about William Fichtner's FBI agent on Prison Break.

Fox's over-the-top convicts-vs.-cops drama Prison Break returns tonight (8 ET/PT) to a world where just about every authority figure is a bad guy:
•The federal agent (William Fichtner) chasing the escaped prisoners, led by Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller), pops pills and has already shot one of the escapees in cold blood.

•The prison guard (Wade Williams) who was once in charge of the convicts was fired for being on the take and is now a bounty hunter also on their trail.

•A Secret Service agent (Paul Adelstein) also tracking the convicts is apparently an assassin under the implicit command of the president of the United States — who is not only corrupt herself, but may also have had a hand in the murder of the previous president and a state governor as part of some larger conspiracy.

"It's upside down," says executive producer Matt Olmstead. "You're rooting for the convicts. You're rooting against the law."

Rebelling against authority has always been a popular concept of fiction. And suspicion of corruption at the highest levels is part of our history dating back to Richard Nixon, if not earlier. That distrust was echoed in last season's 24, where the president was at the root of a terrorist act.

"You're invoking the highest level of power in the country," says Olmstead. "That goes toward people's deep-rooted suspicion of politicians."

And when Prison Break (which is averaging 9.2 million viewers an episode so far for Season 2) returns tonight after its baseball-playoffs break, viewers will learn more about what drives FBI agent Alexander Mahone, played by Fichtner — who also played a sheriff gone bad in last year's sci-fi/government conspiracy drama Invasion.

Fichtner says, "Never once from the beginning, never once did I ever think Mahone was a bad guy. I've played some rough characters. But I think he's got a lot of demons driving him. In the month of November you are going to see that Mahone doesn't do everything he does because he wants to do it. He's not OK about it. It's going to start to come out."

One of the tricks writers use on Prison Break, Olmstead says, is to constantly shift the sympathetic characters. "A white-hat character can be kind of boring," he says.

This season also is exploring the motivations of Secret Service agent Paul Kellerman (Adelstein). He's wrestling with how far he'll go to do the dirty work, even in the name of freedom and democracy.

"My job is to figure out what makes this guy the most sincere, and that's that he believes in what he's doing," says Adelstein. "I think he's going to come up against some of that soon. He will start learning about aspects of what he's been serving that he didn't know about. That's when somebody like this could have a crisis of conscience."

Adelstein says the beauty of Prison Break is the underdog factor.

"Talk about insurmountable odds for your heroes: They're up against the biggest, baddest fighting machine in the world — the U.S. government," he says. "I guess since Watergate, people love a government conspiracy because it plays on their worst fears about what goes on. Even if it's pushed to a fantastical level, it makes for a great villain."

Adelstein says it's fun to think about whether the government really could be organized and devious enough to be behind an evil conspiracy of such magnitude. "You start to think: 'Are they actually capable of doing this? It'd be impressive.' "

Yay.. PB starts again !!!

Thank you I didn't realize they were a little slow with the recaps. This one was exciting. I can't wait for the next, to see how it all turns out. FBI and CIA's are just...grrr, I know if they weren't there, there would not be a show, but hell, let the guys be for just a minute.

News from Watch with Kristin

News from Watch with Kristin, plus video interviews with Dominic and Rockmond (including a clip where Dominic does an impression of Wentworth...)

Melanie in Fairfield, Connecticut: What's gonna happen to Dr. Sara Tancredi now that Sarah Wayne Callies is pregnant? Will they write it in?
Good Q, and I have a direct answer from Sarah, who is pretty sure Tancredi won't be preggers. "She may want to [have a baby], but since the entire series so far has taken approximately seven weeks, I think we would be well into season 15 before she ever delivered. Certainly at this point, if Sara delivered a baby, it wouldn't be Michael's. I think what's probably going to happen is I will have the baby over what would be an extended hiatus for me, and return later in the season when there's a little less of me to love." Awww...

Jack in McLean, Virginia: Who's gonna die on Prison Break?
Check out my new Vine show for one casualty. I'm also really concerned about Agent Kellerman since his alter ego, Paul Adelstein, was cast on the Grey's spinoff. (Though, I must admit, I'm a little excited to see him there. Maybe his real-life wife, Liza Weil from Gilmore Girls, can guest star!)

http://www.eonline.com/gossip/kristi...5219a12&page=1

Vine Show: Who's Going to Die on Prison Break?
"The cast is getting smaller."
This is what Dominic Purcell promises for the next few episodes of Prison Break. I'm no mathematician, but I'm pretty sure that if you carry the innuendo and subtract the one, that means someone is going to die in the next two episodes. And after talking to a certain castmember, well, I'm a little concerned that I know who it is. (Truth told, he's one of my favorite people to interview in this town.)

Season 3 info

The answer to the question that has been on every prison break fan’s lips is right here. Yes there will be a season 3. Season 3 of Prison Break (which may have a different name announced soon) will be premiered on 29th August 2007, almost 5 months after the season 2 finale. Most of the conspiracy storyline (about 90%) will be wrapped up by the end of season 2, and the third season will have a completely new plot. Scheuring quotes “The audience will definitely get closure. It'll feel like this is the endgame of the story, and yet there will be a few unanswered questions."

The third season will have eight major roles, including new additions to the cast. Most of the surviving crew will be brought together somehow, and there will be one or two new faces. When asked about the fate of Mahone played by William Fichtner, fans were told that Scheuring was very happy with William, hinting that Mahone will make a comeback in season 3.

One of the new additions is a female character who is Michael’s equivalent in intelligence, and she will act as a love interest for one of the guys. Who will it be? Your guess is as good as mine. Scheuring also let slip “And she would seem to be coming down on the side of good initially, but there will be questions [about] whether that's a facade.”

Ausiello quotes: “Paul Scheuring also teased that Season 3 would feature "a different storytelling process" that will begin to "play out in the last couple episodes of Season 2" and "leave some cliff-hangers, including one with Sara."

Sara Tancredi fans may have been worried that she may be killed off because the actress playing her, Sarah Wayne Callies, is pregnant, but Ausiello assures us that she’s safe. He says that Paul Scheuring won’t kill her off because he believes that Sara Tancredi is a strong component in the show. Sarah is due in the late summer, which coincides with the premiere of season 3, and she will be gone for a while, but will be back soon after the birth of her child. Scheuring says that her disappearance will fit into the plot, but refuses to confirm rumours of Sara Tancredi being kidnapped.

Here is a tiny spoiler for next season. It's not much, but at leats it's somethign

New, returning network shows await casting moves

The 2006-07 season is barely over and the broadcast networks announced their fall schedules only a week ago, but buzz has started about new characters being added to returning hits next season and roles being recast on the newly picked-up rookie shows.

Among the new characters on Fox's "Prison Break," which will find Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and the gang locked up in a Panama prison next season, are a mysterious fisherman who apparently is wrongfully imprisoned there, a beautiful local woman who is the fisherman's girlfriend, a Panamanian drug kingpin and a female freelance operative with a government conspiracy organization.
