He passed away 31 october 1993 so tomorrow that is 11 years :( he was only 23

The first River Phoenix movie I saw was Stand By Me which is one of my favorite movies. I've also seen Dogfight and The Mosquito Coast. After reading his biography, I couldn't believe he was Joaquin Phoenix's brother. I was hoping they would show E! True Hollywood Story: River Phoenix tomorrow but sadly they aren't.
