| Hey girls! Here's a Paul article which I got from New Woman today! Enjoy! NEW WOMAN – MARCH 2004 TASTY TIME TRAVELLER Spy falls for the yummy PAULWALKER "The hottest guy in Hollywood is travelling back to the 14th century in his new film Timeline. Frances O’Connor was your co-star in Timeline – what was she like? We got along really well, I really enjoyed working with her. Is there anything different about Australian women? I like them! They’re more aggressive than American women. I think they call the shots as opposed to waiting for the men. I was raised at the beach so I like women who are natural and that’s what you have in Australia. There’s a lot of really good-looking girls down there. You recently turned 30 – was it a big trauma? No, I played up like it was because everyone was hassling me about it, but in reality it didn’t bother me. It felt weirder that my daughter turned five a few days ago. Not a baby anymore. I know! It tripped me out. I know you’re not with her mother anymore – are you currently in a relationship? No. Just dating. Is there any particular kind of woman you’re attracted to? I like them all. I don’t have a style. I’m not into tons of jewellery and make-up; all that ****. What I go to bed with, I want to wake up with. To me, that’s true beauty. I love beautiful people, period. In Timeline you risk a lot for a woman. Have you ever done that for some you love? Yeah, I used to fight. I’d be out with girls and it would just happen, it someone wolf whistled or was aggressive. I used to smash guys. The men in my family are all tough, so I always felt I had something to prove. Do you still feel that way? No. And now I can’t do it – I’d be taken to court! It’s a bad deal but I’ve always been a bit of a hothead with a short fuse. We thought you were the laid-back surfer dude type? Well, the way I grew up there’s nothing wrong with having a short fuse and fighting. It was like it was something I could take pride in – if I was in a fight and kicked someone’s ass I would come home and tell dad and that was all right. But those days are gone – someone would sue me now. Ah, the perils of being rich and famous! [Laughs] Yeah, but I can’t complain, can I?!" |
