| LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - The third time's the charm. After turning down an offer to reprise his role in "The Fast and the Furious" sequel, Vin Diesel may reconsider and return for the third installment of the adrenaline-pumping series, according to the UK's Channel 4.. "Fast" star Paul Walker, who also appears in the sequel "2 Fast 2 Furious," explains why he believes Diesel will return to the franchise. "Nothing's definite," says Walker, "but the sequel did really well ... We actually did much better, so I think we'll go back and do a third one, and we're hoping Vin will be on board." Both the original "Fast" in 2001 and its sequel in 2003 made over $125 million at the U.S. box office each. In June, Diesel will star in "The Chronicles of Riddick," the sequel to his 2000 sci-fi action thriller "Pitch Black". |

| It will depend on when they are planning on doing a 3rd fast and the furious movie. Vin has the sequel to xXx coming up in 2005(So I have heard) & I think that would take preference over Fast & The Furious. I would only consider watching a 3rd Fast & the Furious if Vin Diesel was in it though because even though the first TFATF sucked it was tolreable BECAUSE of Vin Diesel, Even with Paul Walker in it I could not stand 2 fast 2 furious, one of the main reasons being that Vin wasnt in it. Although I like Paul I like Vin more!!!!!!!!!! |

Does it say why Vin pulled out of it??? He was supposed to get about $20 million for the sequel, maybe they decided he wasn't worth that much & not pay it so he sulked and left like he did with 2F2F. I also checked out Vin on the IMDB & there is 3 upcoming movies with him in it from 2004-2005. [ December 01, 2003, 03:46 AM: Message edited by: AlwaysAngela ] | |
