| Creative Maven   |  Okay where do I start without giving anything away. I don't know who's seen the movie yet so no spoilers here. To simply say I loved it, would be an understatement. As excited as I was to see the movie, I halfway expected to be a little disappointed. Needless to say I WAS NOT. I went to the midnight show last night. It is nearly 3 hours long but worth every minute. I had so much fun. The line started at 9pm. I didn't get in line until 10:30. Many pirates came to see Pirates. I went to the AMC Odeon at Universal Studios L.A. Every show through the 1am show sold out. I swear, I swear that one show went from 15% still available to sold out in less than a minute. Anyway back to the movie. WOW Jerry did a goooood job. It was a little darker, which some already know I really like. But it's still really funny. I laughed throughout. I cried too at a couple of places. That was great too. I like crying at movies. The last 45 minutes was just heartpounding, even romantic. Really cool. I can't wait to go back and see it again. I've got tickets for tomorrow and Sunday. And apparently I didn't get this "memo" to stay all the way through the end credits. There is an extra scene at the very end. I missed it. So I still have a surprize for when I go back. Now ORLANDO...    I didn't think that man could get any better looking than he already is. But OM Freaking G! By the end of this movie, Orlando aka "Will Turner" goes through a change. The effects of that change and the way he looks afterwards will stop your heart. On top of that, he is excellent in the movie. And I'm sorry Cat, his hair was absolutely killing me. If you haven't seen it yet, get there before everyone starts revealing all the secrets. |

Anyway, I hope POTC3 beats Titanic's record in sales...

| Bloomin' crazy  | Okay, I just saw the movie. Last night. Eh, on the 26th. And..well..it was a very entertaining movie, and I liked it, I just thought some things could've been left out. Highlight the text underneath to find out what. CONTAINS SPOILERS: The marriage thing was cute, went on a bit too long. The ending, you know, before Will goes away and he's on a beach with Elizabeth...yeah, that could've been cut. It was just very uninteresting, and very...not PotC. I dunno, might just be me. Though Elizabeth looked absolutely stunning in one of the shots during that scene. And I don't even like Keira.. Now for the things I did like: KEITH RICHARDS! Oh my, oh my, oh my! His whole presence was hilarious! I was like "OMG! It's Keith Richards! And when Jack asks about his mother...Hahah! I think I laughed a bit too much at that. Johnny Depp was great. I still think Orlando was a bit awkward, though, some of the things he does aren't really that natural. He did a good job, though. His hair was pretty much wet the entire time! I still like his hair better short. Oh, and I didn't get to see the ending scene! Oh well, you're going to have to fill me in, Tcup! Last edited by Cat; 05-26-2007 at 08:53 PM.. |

| MIHO THE HARTNETT BUNNI!!  | awww poor thing. He does look like he's hurting a bit. That's really gotta suck. Cuz as he gets older he's just gonna have more and more problems with it. When men get Osteoporosis, it's usually from a previous injury. My dad injured his back when he was younger and he can't play golf anymore because he got osteoporosis in his back and he can't have surgery on it. That's gotta be quite a worry for Orlando. |

| Creative Maven | I don't think it's osteoporosis. He said on Jay Leno that he's always in a little bit of pain but that it is an excuse for him to move around. And that he thinks it mayl make his back better than most when he gets older. I wish him luck. He also said in other interviews that the amount of pain he's in tells him when he's overdoing it. He looks like he's been overdoing it a bit from that picture. |

| Creative Maven | He broke his back when he was 21. He fell from a drain pipe while trying to jump from the balcony of one building to the balcony of the building next door. He landed on his back 3 stories down. That was a year before he got Lord of the Rings. I heard somewhere recently that that fall should have killed him. |
